I thought maybe there might be alignment dowel holes like a 70's camaro's???? Just wanted to make sure I got mine on right. I know it's close because I measured from the pinch weld.

Thanks graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I never thought about it. If you measured the off the pinch welds (rockers I assume) than I would say you are done, have a beer. smile.gif

I did mine by measuring the frame to pinch welds about 6 months ago and now the car is done and looks good (as far as I can see it). Make sure you check the front and rear both.

The 69 has two holes on the drivers side frame rail.
One at the front body mount and another just ahead of the rear wheel opening.
They look like a hole with a slot on each side, they are also smaller at the top.
The top hole has no slots, there are also holes in the body.
I guess the factory had tools to insert in these as they brought the body down to the frame.

I made up some pins when I put the body back on the frame.
If ya do a search on this, I think everything goes off of the front pin.
hope this helps ?
