Greetings folks )
Getting rdy to install stereo setup in my 67. Was toying with the idea of a sat radio head to go along with the main deck and cd changer. No experience with these and understand a hood mounted antenna is required?
Anyone shed a bit of light on what i'll need to do? can the sat radio share the fm antenna maybe...or?
Thx in advance!

Satelite radio will require a seperate antenna. Depending wich company you go with, the antannas are small. They are magnet mount so moving them is easy. Another option is to get a roady 2 or a MiFi type system with the car kit. (these are both XM radios) They are small and compact, and are not permanently installed systems, and are fairly portable.

and then the best thing - unless the sun goes supernova, your in a tunnel, your downtown with high buildings blocking the signal..
you can have basically any type of music , news, etc. anywhere! yay
and yes a special antenna -thats all they need and you wallet =/
