1/8th"-1/4" diameter, looks like car has the mumps graemlins/angry.gif what is the cause? what is the best way to remove them? I'm not sure how old the paint is but my best guess would be 4 to 5 yrs max.

Do you have any pictures of what its doing? If its is bubbles then it sounds like the paint is starting to lift off of whatever it was sprayed over. If its orange peel and you have a good amount of clear coat you can try a color sand and polish to reduce the orange peel.

I will shoot you some pictures tonight, I have a feeling its not orange peel.
