I have a 750 vac. sec. carb that was built by Carb Shop and it has the choke horn milled down and I run the K&N short stub stack on it. The carb already has down leg boosters too. Would there be any benifit to buying a Proform main body. I don't think there would be any real noticeable differences do you?

Save your money... I would do it if my carb was damaged or if I made a living dragracing... thats about it.

With the choke milled down and the down leg boosters, you'll have little to gain and a lighter wallet buying the Proform piece.
If your 3310 was untouched,I'd say go for it,but that is not the case
