Well I took my front end apart on my 69 convertible tonight and I have some wierd looking rotors. All looks original mabye someone can tell me what they are I know they are 2 peice rotors. But what are the extra 5 holes in the hat for different lug pattern??? They have the 5 lug pattern for my car plus an extra 5 stud holes for ???

If you look in the back you will see the bolts that hold the two pieces of the rotor together. On the front you see the ends of those bolts??

Your rotors are exactly as they should be.
The first thing you'll want to do is measure them. Min thickness is .965"
They started out around 1.050"
Most times, they are too thin to reuse. Yours are so rusty that they'll lose quite a bit of material when turned. (If they are turnable)
There are no replacement hats (that I know of).
The rotor you will buy today from the auto parts store is a 1 piece rotor.
I've seen 2 NOS sets of rotors on eBay go for over $1100
