On many of the 70 SS cars I see, there is a "Chevelle emblem on the bottom right hand corner of the grill.

The aftermarket parts catalogs I see do not have these. I believe I even saw NOS GM grills offered and they didn't have it.

Are the grill emblems correct but not offered on repro grills?

(of course mine dosen't have it so there's another couple hundred bucks)

They have that for $24.95 at this local place:
www.americanmusclecarparts.com part #313, but I'm sure I've seen it in most if not all of the catalogs. The grills are usually sold with or without the chrome moldings, which can also be bought separately, but do not include the emblem.

The "CHEVELLE" grille emblem is fastened on to the grille with 2 speed nuts and a metal backing plate.
