Does anyone know what screw is used to replace the pin that held the trim clips aroung the windows in place. I have heard that there was a screw that could be used. What size does it have to be or is it a specail screw that i need to get.

thanks
john

Originally, they use welded posts. A replacement type clip is available that uses a screw. These are used if the posts have rusted off. Most GOOD paint supply houses have both in stock.

Hillco fasteners has a replacement screw. It's used when the stud has rusted off. The head is the same size as the stud but has a philips head. www.hillcofasteners.com (http://www.hillcofasteners.com)
