Can anyone tell me where I can find replacement full quarter panels for a 1967 Malibu Convertible?

onabudget Oct 16th, 05, 1:25 AM My best guess....no-where. About 10 years ago I saw and old beat up NOS full convertible quarter selling for 2500 at Carslile. Yes selling someone bought it right in front of me. I believe most are using the universal quarter skins. markbowman3 Oct 16th, 05, 10:52 AM Rob Mirabile, Thank you for your help. But a skin will not come with the rain gutter at the trunk opening. I thought that when I found an accident free Malibu, (with a perfectly straight body) I wouldn't have trouble finding patch panels to fix the rust. This is the one area that needs it the most. That's what I get for thinking. It's time to look for a donor car. I saw one about 125 miles from here. It is a 67 hard top SS, they want $1600.00 for it. It is just a shell. I know that is cheep but I just can’t make myself buy another good project car just to cut it up. So the search continues. Just in case someone is looking for a good place to start the SS is still available. This item is oversized and will cost extra shipping unless one goes to a goodmark distributer in thier own town/closer. I was under the impression the person who started the thread was looking for an original replacement FULL q- panel that includes the inner gutters? | ||
