You know, if I ever can get unstuck from the 60's and take off my cragars, thats the wheels I am getting. They look sharp :thumbsup:

Im about to take off my TT2 17's and go back to the Old ralleys. Can't seem to find any tires i can get decent mileage out of for the 17's. Makes me kinda sad but the ralleys are nice wheels too.

Yup- agreed. This car was originally 69 Olympic Gold metallic- which is a hair darker than the current color- but If I ever get around to painting it, that will definitely be the color.

The cars name is "Goldie" (duh!) and one of my friends started referring to it as "Operation: Fools Gold" (several different, and all accurate meanings could be derived from that) :p

As for the tires/rims... I would rather have had a set of Polished Centerlines like I had on my last couple elkys... but I got these wheels, with the brand new tires mounted & balanced for $500, so kind of hard to pass up that deal.

Fenders are GM NOS, hood is a goodmark repop, and the header peice is original.

Tires are 235/60/15 on the front and 275/60/15 on the rear.
