I need a Edelbrock Performer RPM intake for a small block with Vortec Heads. In Jegs it says quote :Chevy Vortec V8 5.7L w/Square-bore 4 BBL. Will my Q-Jet work??

Square bore typically refers to a Holley type carb (hence all four bores being equal). A SPREAD bore is a quadrajet type carb.

I don't think there is a q jet Vortec version from Edelbrock for the performer RPM. You can get an adapter to bolt on your Qjet from Jegs though. GM also sells a qjet/spreadbore manifold, but is not much better than the spreadbore performer, and is much more expensive
Or you can get a nice double pumper 750 to go along with the vortecs

Or you can get an Edelbrock carb, which is a square bore carb.
