Sandblasting and thin metal don't match!

Not sure, but some of the Team Members may know the process where you actually shrink the metal(?)

Shrinking metal is an art form to do it right. A process I've seen done but never tried is to heat the spot with a torch then put some ice on it to shrink it. The thing is you have to heat the metal to a temp hotter than what the sandblaster did warp the metal. This is critical because when you heat it more you make the meatal distort more and you have to be prepared with ice to cool it. It must be hotter because you need to get the metal past it's stress point(i.e. the point that the metal warped to) to totally eliminate the stress present in the molecules and return them all to thier origanal state. This process is the best I've witnessed and if done right you dont't use any filler or any hammer/dolly work. It is best left to someone who has done it before however you could practice on some scrap to see if your capable.
There are also specialized hammer/dolly combos that are specifically for shrinking metal. Whether or not you can use them depends on your distortion(big waves or small dimples/size more importantly). You use them in a circular fashion starting from the inside of the dimple and work outward in a circular motion. I've had success going from the outside in. I've heard and done it both ways and honestly they both seem to come out the same. I never do it on heat distortion only dimples and dings so I'm not sure it is as good as the heat method I told you about.
Maybe SEVT CHEVELLE or MARTINSR will get in here and help you out. They probably know a technique I don't because I'm knownothing. HA HA ;)
Whew, I'm spent.
Good Luck
