I have a 1964 wagon that I first installed B-Body Spindles and 12" front discs on. Now I got a good deal on a rear disc setup from Masterpower brakes. They are the Caddilac style calipers with 11" ventilated rotors. I know they are not the best rear disc setup, but I needed rear brakes and I got them for $350...anyways I just wondered if anyone has this setup and what master and brake booster they went with (good or bad). I would rather do it once than twice. I don't have a big block so I don't need a small booster. Thanks for the help. Erik

I used a '68 Corvette NON-power M.C. bolted to a stock '69 Chevelle power booster. It works great

I'm not sure why the NON-power M.C. is used, could be rod length, or piston size... I don't know, it's just what I was told to run and it works great. I also used a wilwood adjustable prop-valve on the rear brakes to fine-tune the braking balance.

I have the same set up on the rear of my 67 BB Camino, 68 vette non PB master cylinder, no PB booster, and it works just fine. Don't know why someone would say the cad style set up is not the best, but I have not had any problems.
