When I did mine I got got all that old stuff out. Zgrip by evercoat is good stuff. And they make a good glaze. There are alot of good brands of filler. Just don't use the bondo brand that u can get a autozone.I never tried POR 15 but the other stuff is good i have heard so I'm sure it is good.

I used a filler by 3M on my Cutlass, then went over it with the metal glaze that Evercoat has, good stuff. Definitley make sure you get all the old stuff out and also make sure the area to be filled is free of rust. Also, Eastwood sells this long, flexible sanding board that is green in color. It is without a doubt the best tool for cutting down filler on roofs. You might want to look into one of those.

Did you water wash the roof after the chemical stripper to neutralize any remaining stripper residue? I would use Evercoat's Everglass over the seams and finish with Rage Extreme or metal glaze.
