I am sending my 325hp to a very well established engine specialist next week and although I want to maintain the stock appearance and original number matching engine, I need to have something done other than just having it balanced. Any information as how I could increase HP and performance and still keep it looking stock would be greatly appreciated. I've used the Dyno 2000 software but it hasn't been much help without the exact build specs from GM.

Biggest things comes whether you're willing to run headers, or not? If you're running manifolds, they can be ExtrudeHoned ... don't know if it justifies the cost though.
At any rate, the camshaft is where you'll make the most stock-appearing difference ... Try finding an old UD cam, or a new Lunati VooDoo cam. Call the manufacturer, and be very specific about your setup ... do not trust any bench-racing friends, the rep's are there for this.
After that, I would probably rate a re-curved distributor and custom carb right up there.
On top of this, internal head work can help get you quite a bit ... though I don't think the cost of paying somebody justifies the return. That's up to you. Possibly an updated (lighter) valvetrain would get you better gains per $, than porting ... I'm not sure there?
Anyhow ... the SuperStock guys know how to make lots of power from a stocker. They're not going to share all their secrets, but this is a general idea of where they start.
P.S. It's sounds backwards, but if you're running an automatic ... you may seriously consider a 200r4 and rear gear swap. I've suggested this to many friends. You'll get much better stop-light acceleration, and be happier with the car ... and that's what most people are after.

Is this a 396-325HP motor? Easy fix. Just freshen up the motor and install a new cam with about Intake around 220@ .050 dur and exhaust dur. around 228 -230. Keep the lobe centers to 112 - 113. Good tuneup and maybe install a set of 3.73 gears.

I agree change the cam. The stocker is made to run at 800rpm with the air on, not exactly a performance piece. The only real difference between the 325 HP and the 350 HP is the cam and the 350 HP cam is still a very mild one.

Make sure they don't deck the block and wipe out your numbers.
