Mine are rotted up at the corner of the firewall and have some holes an other spots. Are floorpans and braces something I would want to tackle for a first time thing? I won't attempt 1/4s and such but do you reccomend it?

It's called the Holeshot Boogie. You pull a holeshot and boogie on down the track.

Drive it like you stole it everytime, for tomorrow may never come.

And on the 7th day god said let there be an engine who's legendary brute force will never be matched, and loe the Chevrolet big block was born.

It's amazing, after all this time she still runs.

um yeah after you weld them in and cover them with carpet you won't see your mistakes. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif I don't have any fear of doing the rear floor pan in my car. If you do a search there are several threads and links. I think even goodmarkindustries.com has a link on their site covering this topic.

www.normieschevelle.com/pictures.html (http://www.normieschevelle.com/pictures.html) I'd say for a first timer I did OK... you shouldn't have much trouble either. Just make sure you do it a piece at a time or your looking for trouble. Start with one brace at a time then move onto the floor itself.. You shouldn't have any major problems unless you remove the whole thing without measuring locations etc... Good Luck
