My water shields were held on by rope chaulk very sticky and about 1/4" wide. Maybe you can get something like that at a hardware store or body shop supplies store.

It's alot like windshield sealer rope isn't it? Just smaller diameter, I know whenever I've touched it it's just as gooy and messy as the windshield stuff. You can get that at any auto parts place.

it's a duck seal kind of caulk.. not a butyl type that you use in glass setting...You can get a box of 3-M ribbion calk at any good body supply house... just roll it like like your making a Snake apply it to the door frame.. them attach seal.. I use 1/2 with duck tape along with ths dumb dumb 70% of the time..

only problem with urethane,, you have to CUT it off when and if you ever want to remove the seal.. DOSE a GREAt job sealing. gluing.. It's kind of like DUCT TAPE to a body man. you don't want to know what all I have used this miricle stuff in a a tube for... but it's a once and DONE thing..
