I was wondering if any of the country listeners on here have heard this song. Turn on your speakers.

Yep, it's been around for about 4 years, saw it performed live at the Grand Old Opry in Nashville. Pretty cool.

OK I have to tell you the rest of the story. A guy I knew in high school bought a 65 Vette when he graduated. He was killed in Nam in 1966. His mother kept the car in the garage for years. My 63 was stolen in 1973 and I of course checked to see if his mother still had it. She did and refused to sell it. I recently checked with someone from my home town to see if he knew the family or had ever heard the story. He didn't recognize the name. Don't know what happened to the car or the family. But obviously the song held special meaning to me.

Yep, David Ball, great CD. If you like Tex-Mex influence you will like it. If you like it get ahold of some old Texas Tornadoes....
