Check at a local wrecking yard for used ones or call the local Chev Dealer parts Dept. Or the local hardware store.

There was a set of springs and nylon grommets with adjuster screws on Ebay last week. All new parts. It was for 68-70, but they may have more years available. Listed as "headlight adjusting kit" by a parts distributor, not by an individual. It was item #597042216, you can email them through that listing. I believe it will be accessible for 30 days. They have a great Ebay rating with 950 transactions and ZERO negative feedback. If you have any trouble finding them let me know. Their ebay user name is redsss454. If you find an item that they're selling, just click on the "ask seller a question" button. This allows you to send them an email without divulging their email address.

A lot of auto parts stores such as Auto Zone have a small parts rack from a supplier I think called HELP! I've found all kinds of little things, including the nylon "nuts", adjusting screws and springs for my 67. Other major chains might have them as well. Save time and postage unless you're making a bigger buy.
