I'm looking for a good set of trim pieces that goes around the window on the doors of a 69 SS 396 El Camino.
It's the piece goes up the back across the top and down the front of the window frame on the door. When I removed them I thought I could buy new ones so I wasn't very careful getting them off.
Does any one have a line on a good used set.

This is one of those items that you're not likely to find in a catalog. I know where a pair is on an elky in a boneyard here in S.C. but thats not going to help. I would be afraid to remove them myself because they are difficult(at best) to get off without damaging. Thats about the only way you'll find any though, check the salvage yards.

I had to buy 2 doors to get the trim http://www.chevelles.com/forum/frown.gif Someday I'm gonna be able to send it out & be straightened/polished. And then I'll put it on.
