Just installed a 67ss repo hood from Goodmore. And the hood seems to be bowed at the cowl. General fitment of the hood is not that great. My major concern is that the bow in the cowl area. Can these be corrected ? Any Suggestions of what to do. Can the hood be bent down in these areas. Has anyone experienced the same problem?

return it for a different one if you can. Most of any remake of sheetmetal there is gonna be fitment problems from time to time.

My 67 SS repo bows up along the fenders. They told me that they were guaranteed to fit.......guaranteed to fit wrong. My vendor wouldn't give me my money back
