Son was tossing the ball with my neighbor. Just as I was about to suggest they move, Wham! Right square in the driver's line of sight on my daughters Firebird.
Anyone know how much an 88 Firebird windshild's gonna run me???
Sigh......

It wont be too bad, I just replaced one on my Yucon for $150.00.. And don't feel too bad, my son hit my last Yucon in the driver door with a hardball last year & put a big old dent in her...

Most insurance companies pay for windshields now..call your agent and inquire. How many years are those kids going to be mowing your grass and shoveling your snow. not counting all the car washes? I think maybe till they are 35 would be just about right.
Sorry Sid - i know that flat out sucks.

I'm thinking he probably doesn't have glass coverage on an 88, I wouldn't. I wouldn't have collision on 88 either, at least not here in MI. Now a 70, well that's different.

Yah, only minimum coverage on her 'bird. Oh well, another $200 or so down the drain....sigh. At least it wasn't the rear window, understand the hatch glass is REAL spendy to replace.
Great to see ya back Rach!
