It's not carpet but more like that material that covers the boxes that hold subwoofers. In the rear window of my chevy surrounding two 9 inche speakers someone put this ugly white fuzzy material (yuck!). Under that is paneling (like you'd put in your house on the wall). Haven't looked under that yet (: Anyway, I need to find some lining to put over it so it looks better and get rid of that ugly white fuzz. Any idea's where to find it? What do they call that type of material anyway?

NPD or most places will have one. It is called a package tray C- 15024- 102A for black $16.95 from NPD.
