Its a 1995 (?) GMC truck color, "Medium Quasar Blue Metallic"...
Its pretty bright, especially in the sunlight...
I thionk the "Sideview" below really helps show the metallic nature with the sunlight...
By the way, this was an amatuer/carport paint job, so its not perfect...

65Malibu4dr Sep 6th, 02, 8:35 PM 1968 Chevrolet Lemans Blue, dont know the code but it was a factory color in 68. Medium blue, very little metalic visalble. The best way I can describe it is it just looks ELECTRIC. Sorry no pictures of the finished job yet.
1hot67 Sep 7th, 02, 12:20 PM I just painted my '67 House of Kolor "True Blue Pearl" and I love it. No pictures yet. The 6-point roll bar is being fabbed right now, and I'll have some pictures pretty soon.

cozee Sep 8th, 02, 12:36 AM Why not run down to your local paint jobber or body shop and peruse the countless pages of paint chips? The sky is the limit!

When in doubt, Gas it!
feeblerboy Sep 8th, 02, 11:57 AM well i thought of that...but everytime i see a paint chip i like it ends up looking nothing like it did in te book on the car. so this is more accurate.

Steve, try going thru the car lots and check out the new cars(codes on windows) and see if there are any you like. That would work on used as well, but you would need to make note of the year and model. A fellow who paints had told use of a new honda that was blue that he liked. I painted my car in 83 and found a color I liked at a Dodge dealer. Hope that helps. Randy
