I am trying to swap a th350 for a 2speed powerglide. I know it is just temporary while i get my th350 fixed. Anyway the powerglide it about 3 inched shorter and recomendations on how to modify or what parts to get...

I originally went the other way, Powerglide to a TH 350. I do know that your drive shaft will be very short on the 350. you won't have much spline engagement but it will bolt in place very easily.

Ok I must be an idiot... I searched most of the threads in this section looking for advice on swapping out a TH 350 in favor of a built 700 R-4 from Jeg's A TCI streetfighter. I didn't find what I'm looking for so ...How do I start a new thread !!! I'm new to this forum but I use other forums for Snowmobiling and such, Cant seem to find the "button" !!
