Does anybody have any suggestions for a good paint gun i can buy with out having to hear it from my wife about spending alot of money.

I got a Finishline gun with metal cup and a few different size tips for $100. Eastwood has a 2 gun special right now for $99.

You could also go with a Harbor Frieght cheapie for primer and then get a nice one later. You need to tell us what you are going to be using the gun for too(ie primer only or bc/cc)

You should post your compressor specs.

Sata is about as good as it gets. I bought the RP Digital. Excellent gun, handles like a conventional gun but with low overspray, (almost like a HVLP), make sure your compressor can keep up with it. Take care of it, keep it clean and it will be your best friend for life.

I bought the DevilBiss Finishline 2 gun combo.. And they work great for the price. I plan to spray everything except the bc/cc. I don't think the cup is near big enough to handle the whole car in one shot (on the larger gun).
