i bought a power antenna for my 69 but after peeking between the door and fender there doesn't seem to be much room. there's a vertical brace just behind the location of the original ant.
any thoughts?

The power antennas do take up some room and there is just not enough of it in the front fender. The only place for a power is on the rear quarter I'm afraid.
