Lebanon Valley Drag Strip. Car show and drag racing, Sunday, October 2. Hang out at the Bates Motel Saturday nite, then off to the car show and drag racing Sunday morning, always a good time! I might make a trip or 2 down the quarter mile.......... Who is in?

I won't be going unfortunately.
The Oldsmobile club I am associated with is renting LVD on 9/30 so I'll be going to the track rental instead of the event..I'd love to do both but can't :sad:

Not wishing this on 'ya but what if the Olds club got rained out on 9/30?

Bill,the club has a rain date of 10/14 for the rental.
I'd really like to see everyone,but I can't do a whole weekend...too much going on.
It wasn't an easy decision to make either,plus I'm all paid up for the rental too.

Well, I am planning on going to the track on Sunday...Im not sure about hanging out with you guys on Sat. nite, sounds a little scary to me.....especially at a place named "Bates Motel". Is Gene gonna be there???

I'm not going to be able to go...family member medical issue requires me to stay home this weekend.

Jeff and I are hashing it over, there is a show in Sidney, NY, about a 100 miles away on Sunday, we might head down there instead of the Bates Motel trip! However....., if any of the gang should change their minds, I'm sure we can get a room the Bates!!

I'll be there, again playing crew chief on my buddy's nostalgia funny car. I'll probably drive the chevelle and just park it in the show.

Stop by our "Bits and Pieces" funny car pit and say hi. We'll have the grill going all afternoon.
