I bought both repro front fenders for my 72 SS from OPG and I am pretty sure everyone sells the same ones. I know repro will have flaws, but the very upper corner of the fender where the chrome trim goes (between hood and door) the fender is about 1 inch too low to meet the door (door is original and original fender lined up). Has anyone encountered this and know how to adjust or bend the best way?

Call them and ask, before you bend it and own it! ;)

What does your door bottom to rocker fit look like? Big gap? Maybe the door is too high? These cars didn't fit too well when new, I've had to do some major tweeking even with oem sheetmetal. Maybe some relief cuts and slide hammer work is in order.
