I just purchased a Painless universal 12-circuit wiring harness for my 71 Chevelle. I was thinking of having someone else install it since electronics or wiring are not my forte. However, I am willing to give it a shot althought the current harness is jumbled and disoriented. I'm just wondering if it's worth it with all variables taken into consideration. What is the skill level of this install? What is the frustration level of this install (keeping in mind the removal of the old harness seems like a hefty task)? And any more info anyone has on this type of project, any ideas or tips would be much appreciated.
