9614195 sposed to be remote mirror for 70-72 Chevelle , any help ??

I believe that would be a Pontiac number and probably in the mid 70's.

Possibly Buick.

Thanx Nate, the mirror is exactly as the one as the one on the 70 except for the forward end of the base is alittle different, I think your right on the money Pontiac or Olds the search continues, Thax again

A remote control mirror was still optional in 69 and 70. It used the part number 3950761. A drivers-door mounted remote control mirror, part number 3950761, was standard equip for 71 and 72 with the SS package. however, custom bullet mirrors, RPO D35, were also availabe for these 2 years. With the part number 9878201.

With the exception of the El Camino and sta wag, would the 1969 and 1970 mirrors even interchange ?
Doesn't the 70 mirror mount on the top of the door where it is more flat, as opposed to the 69, where the mirror mounts on the side of the door ?

Was a remote mirror offered on the passenger side for 70-72 ? (Chrome or painted?)
