How many Chevelle's made in 1967? A what range were they at in March of 1967? I have a Muncie that is stamped 7G119854 and P7C17. Seems hard to believe that they only made 19 thousand Chevelle's in about six months?

You're confusing the TOTAL # of Chevelles versus just those assembled at Framingham (the G in the VIN).

It appears the date on the Muncie (March 17) is about 2 months before it was put into your Chevelle at Framingham, not an unusual lag of time. What's the body date on the Fisher Body tag? Is it a June (06)? Framingham's total Chevelle production up to the end of May was 18,792 and end of June was 20,895 so the VIN appears to be mid-June.

Framingham was the lowest producer of 1967 Chevelles of all the plants with only 22,519 assembled total. FWIW, up to the end of March there had been 247,960 Chevelles assembled at all the U.S. plants.

Not enough! We need more '67 projects! Anything really.
