Found this seller on Ebay, Very good communication and already bought a tailight lense.
Has anyone seen this grille or have one on their car. Is this a good deal? I am new to chevelle parts and certainly do not know all the sources yet. I prefer to use as much GM as possible in my restoration.

Unless you have a 300 Deluxe, This is not the grill for you. The center rib on this grill sticks out about 1/2 inch farther than a Malibu/SS grill. It is made to be installed w/o a stainless trim piece. The Malibu/SS has a stainless trim piece on the center rib thus the more shallow center rib. The correct grill for the Malibu/SS is predrilled for the mounting of this trim piece. This grill is not. They are currently reproducing the correct grill for the Malibu/SS. If you want a grill like the one in this E-bay auction get it at your local GM dealer. They are still selling them.

I agree. The repro grilles are correct and a VERY GOOD repro at that. the only thing you will have to do is paint the center moulding bar argent silver, as for some reason they painted it black. the lower moulding bar is silver...go figure. Anyhow I have one on my car and it is outstanding and fits as per original. If this thing wasn't right, I would not put it on my car....I used as much NOS as possible. graemlins/thumbsup.gif
