The SS model number was dropped in 69 and made an option package on both the Malibu and 300 Deluxe coupes and the Malibu convertible. I'm not sure how to tell if it is a true SS. But I might be able to help with some other things.
ST 69 - 1969
13637 - (37) Hardtop coupe
BF - I believe that is the assembly plant (Baltimore or Flint)
16382 - Unit number of the car
WR (might be TR) - which is the trim code 796 Bucket seats, dark green
B80 - ??
63 - exterior paint Champagne
Hope this helps
