Last numbers on my VIN are K 207669, numbers on my block are K 207699. This is suppose to be the original engine. Could this be a mistake at the factory. Any ideas??

has to be a mistake in stamping, the odds of the engine having been replaced with almost the exact same numbers with one digit upside down would be

Likely a Factory Blunder, quite common.
