Normie, sounds great, what primer do you plan of using? You will need to sand it you know. The metal will look like brand new metal, no roughness at all.

Good gosh almighty, Normie, that looks great....I have a question for you or anyone else who may know. In you "x-ray" pics I see you removed the quarter all the way to the rocker amd the door jamb. I need/want to do the same to my '66. How do you reattach the quarter to the rocker and the door jamb? Any pics of that? I need to post the pics of my frame on my site, it came out gorgeous. Let me know if you have any info I can use, TIA.

Mike

Normie! http://www.chevelles.com/forum/cool.gif, moving right along there champ. Looks great. Must be great to know you're on a solid foundation after putting in the work. Im scared of what I will find when I strip mine down next year. BTW, Whats that taped off in the background of the quarter shot?

Chief, it's not hard, take a look at the new panel, and take a look in the area that you are talking about and it falls together just about how you would imagine it! I will see if I have pictures! I did remove the rockers on both sides (the goodmark repops are spectacular!) So I might just have the photos you are looking for http://www.chevelles.com/forum/wink.gif

MM, That is a 1965 F*@D Rustang! Alot of work was done to that car.. It will look damn nice! You should see some of the other cars in the shop my car is in (actually she is back in my garage now) There are some really really nice/expensive cars in that shop!
