I have a set of 492 straight plug heads. It is my understanding that they were stock on the 350 horse 350s. They have a 64 cc chamber that would raise the compression too much of pump gas on my 350. I think that I might as well sell them but I have no clue what I should ask for them. They have studs and guidplates and been freshened up with a serdi valve job. What should I sell them for and where would the best place to list them?

there's a free classified section available from the front page www.chevelles.com that would be the place after you figure a price. ads are not allowed in the tech forums, so please don't get into pricing them here.

Tom, my post was not intended to be a sale add. Before posting I had already checked the classified section on this page as well as ebay, team Camaro, and several other classifieds and none of them had any heads with that casting # to get a reference point.

Art,
Unfortunately with the price of aftermarket heads getting as low as they are, I would never recommend that a customer buy a set of those heads. If you can find someone doing a restoration that needs a set, you might do better, but I doubt you can get more than a couple of hundred bucks for them, if that.
Just my opinion,
