I've got a 72 GMC sprint that has some rust spots starting from under the bed trim chrome. Are there any tools or techniques for removing the trim so I can POR -15 the sheet metal and then put the trim back?
thanks

Remove the small panels on the rear sidewalls. Remove the nuts for the corner pieces from the inside. Pull the corner pieces off. Slide the side rails back and off. You can pull the side rails off, but after doing it both ways I think that its better to do as described.

To access the bolts holding the tailgate trim, remove the tailgate inner cover, remove 2 small panels, then there are 4, 6 ?? bolts that you can loosen.
