I need a right front fender for my 70 Chevelle SS. Is there any place where I could find a nice southern one or would a Goodmark reproduction one be of good quality and fit?
Thanks for any advise.

It's pretty tough to find decent 70 fenders but probably the best place to look is to keep watching our for sale ads here.
I looked for a couple of years for a new GM but everyone that had them wanted a fortune for them.
The cheapest ones I found were 600.00 EACH.
I finally bought a complete car with brand new GM fenders and CI hood that someone had started restoration on, put some good patched fenders and hood on it and resold it for what I paid for it to a *friend*who said he wanted it for a father/son project then didn't even take it home because he already had it sold for 2K more :(
I thought I found a pretty good deal at a swap meet on one for 100.00 until I found out it wasn't even a close match as far as fitting.
Goodmark replacement fenders are the way to go unless you want to take a chance on looking for years and paying out the nose for something that is either junk or won't fit worth a darn.

Do a search on goodmark fenders. About 2-3 months ago I posted pics of a pair of 70 fenders that I installed on a car. They were my second goodmark set and both fit great...Eric
I took all the work out for ya
