I've been able to easily find the middle and front floorpan braces but can't seem to find the rear floorpan brace. This brace is located directly under the rear seat. I've looked at NPD and OPGI's Any suggestions?

This brace is NOT made repro that I know of!!
Normally just the ends rot away, and you can buy just the ends of the front and middle braces.
You MIGHT be able to modify the ends and graft them into your rear brace.

If not you need to fab up some patch pieces for that brace.

They just started making them within the last few months. I seen one with my own eyes in person for sale at Restoration World. I went into their store and asked about it and they showed it to me. You can reach them at:
