Does anyone have any first hand knowledge on the fit and finish of Goodmark 1970 front fenders? Thanks

I put one on my 72. (Same tooling I'm sure.)I was kind of surprised with the fit. I didn't think it was too bad. The metal was thinner though, and some of the spot nuts had weak welds and broke when I put bolts into them. I was on the phone about 2 mos. ago with Goodmark and the rep said the were re-doing the tooling for these fenders. Call them directly and get the scoop. http://www.goodmarkindustries.com/

Goodmark is in fact retooling the fenders. I was talking to them last week, and they said they are still "perfecting" them. I was directly told not to buy the ones already on the market, and that the new ones will be great. You can expect them in a couple of months.

By trhe way, I got to talking to my sales guy, and he said that the Super Chevy/Goodmark 70 Chevelle was in their shop the day before we spoke getting its flames. He said it is truly a sight to behold.
