A while back there was a thread about a phone # to call at Chevrolet to get the AMA specs and other info. I have searched the forums as best I can & can't find the darn thing. Do any of you remember what I'm talking about? I need the phone # for a new Chevelle owner here in town so that he can get the info. You called an 800 number, gave them the VIN, & they sent the packet to you.

1-800-222-1020 Ask for the "Restoration Package" They should only need your VIN.

I got mine in about a week. It's all photocopy, but pretty clear. Mine (1972) has to be 50-100 pages thick, though I never counted.

AMA specs, production totals, color and interior charts, lots of informative and trivial information. It's free, make the call & find out for yourself.:D You will have enough material to read for hours.
