I recently purchased a new A & M soffseal hood to cowl seal for my 70. The new seal has two different edges on it, I am unsure which side should face the engine compartment, and which should face the windshield. One side has a line in it that runs the length of the seal.... which I believe I may have to cut open in order to install the new plastic clips that hold the seal down.

Does anyone have any pics of their seals installed that they can share? I took the originals off back in 93 when I painted the car, but never got around to putting a new one on until now. Any help/suggestions are appreciated, THANKS!!!!!
