Puyallup Swap Meet - Mar 15, 16?

I found on washington auto events that there is supposed to be a swap meet in Puyallup the weekend of March 15th & 16th. I called the number for more info, but no call back. Does anyone know what type swap meet it is (Off Road, new cars vs. classic) ?? I've never been to one, but would like to go, if I knew where it was and if they'd have a chance at having something for my Chevelle.

The swap meet would be at the Puyallup Fair, try looking at their website to find out.....I live here in Puyallup but am not sure of the type of swap meet it is myself.

If you really want to hit one, travel a few hours further south and hit the Portland Swapmeet April 4-6. It's much bigger and a variety of different stuff.

It's actually two meets. The race track is put on by a different group than the complex but they work together and the buses transporting people around support both.

I wish I could. I'll only be down there ( I live in Alaska ) from the 12th to the 18th, and Puyallup was my only option. I plan to make another trip later this summer though and will be keeping my eye out for them.

Re: Puyallup Swap Meet - Mar 15, 16?

I just about have all the rear suspension stuff gathered together. Around mid-March I'll throw the suspension parts at the Elky. If it hooks I have some serious plans for later in the summer.

After I posted asking about your progress, I saw your other posts; twin turbo 283 and better diff..... I'm not sure what will fit a 64 'Bu. I imagine a 65 12-bolt is rather pricey and that they do not grow on trees.

re Turbos, check with Cobalt out in Puyallup

Re: Puyallup Swap Meet - Mar 15, 16?

Dunno what you'll find there.... If free, go look!
I went to the swapmeet at Puyallup a few weeks back, before Mother's Day.
I got there later SAT....seemed like a ghost town compared to a previous visit a few years back.....
