Re: More opinions.... what do you guys think?
It had a high bid of $35,000 last week without hitting its reserve. This seller uses correct and excellent too often. The use of meaningless open ended terms that should set off red flags. That's generally not how someone with a nice car describes it. Beware of recent restorations that have had a color change to red.
You stated once that you live somewhere in Southern California, you left your profile blank. I would concentrate on cars from in that area. This is prime car show and cruise in season. They are everywhere, schools, churches, restaraunt parking lots, auto parts stores, etc. Go to as many as you can, look at the cars, talk to the owners, ask if they know of any for sale. By doing this it will help train your eyes and familiarize yourself with what to look for. You may also wind up finding a good deal on a car, there are a lot of owners that think about selling but aren't excited about advertising them.
