If it's a 74, somebody spent a lot of time and $$ changing over to 76 front and back.

Otherwise, even I can't defend that one.

Why is it parts only? Get rid of the stupid wheels, paint it and could be a decent car. Not a '74.

It looks like it's at a tow yard, some municipal contracts will mandate cars impounded for certain specific reasons can't be registered in the future.

They probably spent too much to create their version of what a Chevelle can (but should never) be.

Some resourceful cheapskate managed the to capture the uglified Boy Racer style on a shoestring budget on the following G-3 Chevelle (tongue firmly in cheek):
