67 Chevelle drag car, all glass besides windshield, frame off restoration no rust anywhere, 30x12.50x15 Mickey Thompson slicks, Centerline wheels, 12 bolt GM rear end with 5.13 ratio pro gears with spool and large fine spline axles, 10 Gallon fuel cell, Aluminum seats, , Hurst Racing ratchet shifter, turbo 400 trans. Brand new rebuilt 427 chev never been fired. Call 541-971-5966 will be off work around 4-5pm

That car is not in Portland. It is in the sticks 90 miles south. Been sitting outside for a while now. IMO it is a little high except that it does have that 427....
I sold one in a bit worse shape a couple of years ago for $1500 but it was without a fresh BBC.

You couldn't get the parts for that price.

If you want a drag race car that's a good start.

If you want a restomod or restoration, you'd be better off starting with a car that already has an interior and inner fenders. Not sure what all is missing on the car, but all the small parts add up and are a lot of work to find.
