Got my Camino Home Today
Well; Got my 69 Camino home today. No real big surprises, other than the tranny is a T10 instead of muncie. Took off the door panels and no build sheet. Seat was gone so only place left is gas tank. Sprayed the bolts and will try them tomorrow. Does have big gas line with return; bolt on rag joint. 5,500 tach, Disc Brakes and all emblems in place, So I am inclined to believe it is a real SS. Been of the road since 96.
Rear end is 12 bolt Numbers as follows:
CF 1125B (3;31 Posi)
Motor Pad reads
TO 22JC no numbers after that.(350 HP)
didn't see any above the oil filter either.
Couldn't see casting # and think date code was D-18-9
Has a cast Holley intake G-18-5 and Holley List #3310-3
Know these are wrong.
Trim tag is:
ST69 13680 BAL 17069
TR755 71 B PNt
It is Lemans blue with a black top and Black Bench Seat.
Questions are, When was this built and do the rear end and motor fall within time frame since I can't find VIN on motor . Also Motor code shows conventional trans, Thought it was a 4-speed or does this mean 3-speed?
