for anyone that has installed Vintage air system in a non AC 1967 Chevelle, regarding the routing of the hoses thru the kick panel how did you get it done , the 2 top holes AC hoses the 2 bottom heater hoses, facing panel #8 left and #6 right or how did you route thru a picture if possible, I have to finish up this weekend as I am traveling and have Friday and Saturday to do this, currently have entire dash out to make it easier
Bradco sorry I just saw this as I have not been here for awhile. Yes it's a tough area to get those hoses run. I had to do mine twice as I had the inside cover on backwards. Now complete it's great. The one thing I'd change in my case us I'd put the compressors on the the passenger side and run the hoses behind that fender for a much cleaner look.
Are you happy with your install?
I tried to put a disconnect panel up there so that in theory if I ever had a hose failure, I would be able to do it easier. boy was that a mistake. I never could get all 4 hoses into the cowl and be able to get the fittings started let alone tightened. ended up going back with longer one piece hoses the way the kit was designed instead of using the disconnect. lesson learned.
