I put a vehicle up for sale on Craigslist and within hours. The ad got swept pages away soon after. I dont see any way to renew the ad and reposting it wont work either. How can I keep my ad current so it wont go unnoticed?
Go to your account on craigslist and cancel the ad. Then just click on it again and hit relist. It will not allow you to relist it until you cancel the current ad.
Don't worry too much. Folks find stuff by SEARCH, not whether it's first on a page load.
It's important to have plenty of correct search terms in your ad to steer customers to you.
if you have it posted on the Minneapolis/St Paul section, then it will get pushed down pretty fast.
how about posting it in the St Cloud section? i also see a bunch of twin cities ads in the Fargo section, of all places.
I tried posting the ad again today and added keywords this time. Forgot about that little trick last night. And your right Dan. Thats how I search through Craigslist ads but using my favorite keywords. Derrick. I had thought about listing in other cities but ill stick it out with the cities first.
Seems like most of the ads with keywords get flagged off here in Kansas City.
