what would G60-14 be in a radial?

If I wanted the same tire as a G60-14 in a radial, what size would that be?

Re: what would G60-14 be in a radial?

It would still be a G60-14. Might have an "R" added, but the size doesn't change if it's radial.
You mean P-Metric size. I figure a F70-14 is about a 215/70, so the G-60 is perhaps a 225/60?. If you have 7" rims, you can easily fit 235/60s on them. HTH.

Re: what would G60-14 be in a radial?

I've just been through this and I'll save you the research.

Designation Rim Width Section Width Overall Diameter
G60-14 7.00 9.85 25.80

Some sizes that would be the same:

Tire/Aspect/Rim---Contact patch in inches---inches tall

225/55/16---8 6/7---25.74
245/50/16---9 2/3---25.65
235/60/14---9 1/4---25.10
275/50/15---10 5/6---25.83
215/70/14---8 1/2---25.85 (this is probably the original size)
235/60/15---9 1/4---26.10

Also, you can view this pdf from the BF Goodrich site at:

http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/assets/pdf/radial_ta.pdf

Go to page 2 and you'll get a pretty good idea of what you'll need. Hope this helps.
